I design and lead learning programs that work at scale. Over the past 10+ years, I have built solutions across healthcare, higher education, corporate, and government sectors. My work balances creativity, strategy, and technical expertise with a human-centered design approach that keeps the learner at the core.
My experience covers the full learning spectrum: eLearning, instructor-led programs, compliance training, gamified solutions, LMS migrations, and enterprise digital adoption initiatives. I guide complex projects through every stage, from needs analysis to design, development, and rollout.
