I'm a learning consultant and instructional designer who enjoys turning complex information into learning experiences that make sense.

For more than 15 years, I've worked with organizations across K–12, higher education, healthcare, technology, retail, government, and corporate learning to create training that helps people understand complex topics, learn new systems, and apply what they've learned.

Whether it's eLearning, instructor-led training, videos, job aids, or performance support, I enjoy building solutions that make a difference.

I'm especially interested in learning strategy, instructional design, AI, and visual communication, and in using those tools to create better learning experiences.

Outside of work, I'm usually creating something visual; a piece of digital media, art, stock footage, or experimenting with new creative tools and AI.
